Beauty Therapist (Level 2 & Level 3 Qualified)

Are you passionate about the beauty industry and dedicated to helping people look and feel their best? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist to join our team! If you possess Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in beauty therapy and have a proven track record in providing exceptional client service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.

- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following hygiene and safety protocols.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and products to provide the best possible service.

- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to business growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering a loyal customer base.

Requirements:

- Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).

- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, demonstrating a diverse range of treatments and techniques.

- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to make clients feel welcome and at ease.

- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and industry standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining professionalism at all times.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
